We recently completed an extensive remodel and used Nampa Floors and Interiors for all of the carpet, quartz counter tops, tile and LVP flooring. From the moment we first walked into the store until the job was completed, we were very pleased. Seth Ott presented us with many options and provided prompt, professional service and answered our many questions throughout the project. We had a few concerns after installation of the carpet and the counter tops, but the job was not done until all of our concerns were fully addressed and reconciled. As we continue to work on a few more areas of the house, we will again use Seth and his team to help us with our home.

We just had new flooring installed in our home and the results are amazing! From the first day shopping to the inspection the day after installation, LaBron’s customer service went above and beyond anything I have ever previously experienced with any retailer. He was knowledgeable about the various products NFI offers and, based on our life style and design preferences, he helped steer us toward a great product at good price! He was patient with all our questions and if he didn’t immediately know the answer to our question, he followed up on it in short order. We made multiple visits to the store to look at samples and he took extra time to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. On installation day, the crew (Levi, Brett and Abraham) showed bright and early and set right to work Those guys were friendly, hard-working, efficient, and professional. Josh Gonzalez in Nampa is the best. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He gave us s timeline and the work was ready before date expected. Our carpet installation at 1363 Prohaska Court went off yesterday without a hitch - Big Boy movers did a good job - the carpet looks great - and everyone stayed on schedule!! Thanks so much for your patience in helping me find a suitable carpet for a rental (something not expensive but not horrible to touch and walk on). The tenants love it! Dan and I are very pleased. Of course, if any installation issues arise - we'll call, but right now everything looks good!

YEAH, the carpets now in on the stairway and looks fabulous!
Well worth waiting for. Nampa Floors did a great job adding a border to a Victorian pattern carpet and having it installed on the stairs. (Which was no easy task as the stairs have pie shaped treads to make the turn.) The carpet matches the upper hall carpet. I also finished the repair and restoration on the stairway stained glass window.

I visited your State Street location to inquire about the Mohawk carpet sale that I had learned about on-line. Your sales associate MJ offered to assist me. I explained to her why I was there and she quickly located the product I wanted and showed me alternatives. I am not much of a shopper, MJ seemed to understand me. She wasn't pushy; she was courteous, efficient, and very helpful. MJ really helped me through the decision process, she seemed to ask all the right questions to help me make the decisions and was very professional in the store - she even accompanied the guy who came to measure. I made my purchase and MJ saw to the details of getting my new carpet installed. She even made sure the installation met our needs and expectations! We are very satisfied with our new carpet and very satisfied with the assistance provided by MJ. You have utilized every available inch and the height and depth variations just push the overall view of the interior into a finished look and style I had never dreamed of. Mike, gosh from the minute I contacted you over the phone and all of the way through the interior design process I have felt like I have been treated as an individual, not as number with a dollar amount attached. I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your assistance in obtaining the laminate flooring we needed to make repairs due to a broken water pipe in our home last month. We had called several large flooring suppliers in the valley and none wanted to take the time to get a sample in for us to compare. Most, in fact, led us to believe that even if we could obtain the exact same flooring, the locking mechanism "would surely be different" requiring us to install all new flooring. To top it off, Nampa Floors & Interiors pricing was much better, as the product was a special order with freight charges from the others.
We were able to replace the damaged pieces successfully, and the floor looks great. You can't tell where the original ends and the replacement pieces begin.

You guys have no idea how happy we are with the carpet and vinyl. The guys did a great job! Also, I am really happy with the color choice. You were right about that carpet. I was afraid it would be too dark. It looked really good in contrast with the white walls. The carpet is dark but it has a warm color that makes it feel cozy. Looks good with the vinyl and base.
